Pinnacle Roller offers roller regrind services that recondition roll surfaces to extend service life between recovering, reducing maintenance costs and minimizing downtime for customers. Using computer-controlled equipment and specialized tooling, the company provides a full array of grinding and grooving services including geometric crowning profiles, tapers, and customized grooving patterns to suit any application.

In addition to all its other machining capacities, Pinnacle Roller has installed a modern, computer-controlled dynamic balancing system, rounding out our roller service capacities. Pinnacle's balancing & machining capacities enable us to check & verify the balance of your parts as well as making precision balance corrections.

Pinnacle Roller is a recommended supplier of priming rolls for HP Indigo WS6000 Series Digital Press In-Line Priming units. Pinnacle can supply new rolls (cut back to your specified face width and lane-cut patterns to accommodate varying web-widths and priming patterns) with bearings installed, ready to go right into your equipment.

Pinnacle supplies coating sleeves for the HP Indigo 20000 and the HP Indigo 25k Digital Press. Sleeves are supplied cut back to customer-specified face width with or without undercut patterns for printing lanes.l

Pinnacle can cover new or recover used Mower Conditioner Rolls for John Deere, New Holland, Kuhn, or other agricultural equipment.

Computerized grinding and routing equipment allows Pinnacle to machine undercut patterns in the surface of rolls. The patterns allow for precise application of coatings, glue, or ink, with specific repeat lengths.

Pinnacle can manufacture new (from provided drawings or reverse-engineered from sample) or recover Sanding Rolls, Contact Drums, and Time-Saver Pulleys. Rolls can be dynamically balanced or re-balanced as required.
